ABOUT US
Školáčik is a Slovak educational centre for children from 4 years of age, which is organised by the voluntary non-profit organisation 'Slovak Parents in Berkshire'. The association was founded in 2011 by two Mums Majka and Maťka at the initiative of Slovak parents living in Berkshire, who are united by a common desire to teach their children our beautiful loving language and get to know Slovak culture. THE FOUNDERS OF ŠKOLÁČIK: MARTINA AND MÁRIA

TEDDYBEAR ŠKOLÁČIK

In January 2013, we welcomed a new 'pupil', a teddybear Školáčik, with his diary. At each meeting, the children draw who will take him home for a week visit. The lucky winner will share their experiences with entries, photos and drawings in his diary.

OUR LIBRARY

Children can borrow Slovak books, CDs and DVDs for free. The library is kindly run by one of voluneering Mums.
